The color sorter must be installed at an overall level. It should be installed in a place without vibration to avoid vibration and reduce the accuracy of color selection. Do not install the color sorter in a place where it can be directly exposed to sunlight, as it will affect its photoelectric system to collect signals. Do not install the color sorter in a humid, hot, dusty place. If possible, install it in a separate and isolated room, and install air conditioning maintenance. As for the color sorter commissioning, senior engineers generally need to work on site, because work experience and professional knowledge are required.
